General Information:

Your stay will normally begin on a Monday after 2.30pm.
Departure will also normally be a Monday between 9.30am and 12.30pm but variations to this will be accommodated..
Accommodation will normally be confirmed 6 weeks prior to reception with the guest and carer.
A financial contribution is normally required for the person/family and is based on a nightly rate.
Information needs to be provided prior to the period of residence regarding transport arrangements.
A brief summary of the stay will be provided following your stay with us.

Our Smoking Policy:

Phew has a strict policy that smoking is not allowed anywhere in the building at any time.

Wheel Chair Access :

As you would aspect from a centre like this, this hotel is a "no barrier" zone. This means wheelchair users can access all parts of the Phew Centre.

Parking:

The Phew Scotland Centre has a small private car park at the front of the building which can be used when visiting the Phew Centre. The car is suitable for wheelchair access to the building.

Activities:

It would be helpful if the resident's intentions regarding day activities is made known prior to the beginning of the stay, so that necessary arrangements can be put in hand. We have an Activities Coordinator who will plan appropriate activities, with the emphasis on client choice.

Toys / Equipment / Aids:

We are glad to have you bring anything with you, which will make your stay more comfortable .
