Bookings to the facility are via a member of the Local Authority's Social Work staff, who will complete all of the necessary paperwork and arrange funding.
Before the first period of residence begins, it is expected that a visit will have to be made to the premises by the person to be accommodated and the carer involved. Additionally, a member of our staff is available to visit your home so that you and we have as much information about each other as we might both might need.
These and other meetings as necessary, will help to plan your visit so that the maximum benefit and enjoyment may be obtained from your stay with us.
